The villa is located within the luxury community of Muscat Bay and is oriented towards panoramic views over the bay. The project includes the renovation of the existing house, the redesign of its façades, the addition of new spaces and a complete new interior concept. Calm contemporary architecture is combined with expressive textures and tactile materials, giving the spaces a distinct character without competing with the surrounding landscape.
Country: Oman
City: Muscat Bay
Space: 750 sq.m.
Time limit: 2028
The panoramic view over Muscat Bay became the main starting point for the project. The interiors are deliberately restrained and understated, allowing the natural setting to remain dominant, while textured surfaces, tactile materials and carefully selected accents give the spaces their own identity.
The renovation extends beyond the interiors to the existing architecture of the villa. The façades and building volumes have been reworked, new spaces added, selected balconies reconsidered and the relationship between indoor and outdoor areas carefully refined.
Outdoor living plays a central role in the project. A summer living area and swimming pool form a natural extension of the house and are oriented towards the panoramic view over the bay.
The result is a unified contemporary environment in which interior, architecture and landscape are closely connected, with character defined through proportion, material, light and constant interaction with the surrounding nature.
