A complex of villas in Tala

This investment project in Tala, Cyprus, comprises five villas designed from the ground up on a compact sloping site with panoramic sunset views. The natural topography allows each villa to retain privacy, open views and its own swimming pool.

The architecture is based on a contemporary interpretation of the Mediterranean tradition, with subtle references to Italian and Greek architecture rather than direct stylistic imitation.

Country: Cyprus

City: Pathos

Space: 4000 sq.m.

Time limit: 2028

The five villas, each measuring approximately 200 square metres, are arranged over two levels and oriented towards the panoramic views and sunset. The topography made it possible to organise the development so that each house retains privacy and benefits fully from the site despite its relatively compact size.

The layouts are structured around the view, with the main living spaces opening towards the landscape and private swimming pools forming a natural extension of the architecture.

Rather than recreating a recognisable Cypriot, Italian or Greek style, the project aims to evoke a broader Mediterranean atmosphere through proportion, sculptural volumes, light, outdoor spaces and a restrained material palette.

The result is a contemporary Mediterranean development closely connected to the topography, climate and character of the site.
